Equity Release Administrator

 

Role Summary:

As Equity Release Administrator you will be part of a confident and comprehensive administration team. Some of your responsibilities will be to create reports, keep accurate records and write timely and accurate internal and external communications and look after people’s diaries and movements. The role is extremely diverse so you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running and be prepared to support all areas of the department as and when required.

We need an efficient administrator who can ensure that everything behind the scenes is running smoothly. You will need to have a flexible approach to work to succeed in this role.

Scope of Role:

  • To complete the relevant checks on applications, ensure that the correct due diligence has been completed to our standards and obtain and compile copies of the relevant documents required for Equity Release
  • Processing of client applications to lenders and solicitors in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained on a daily basis along with the daily management of the Workflow system to ensure that workload is actioned within set SLA
  • To organise and liaise with clients, solicitors and lenders until completion notification received. Build solid relationships with all parties
  • Produce client quote packs and ensure daily targets are achieved
  • Compile and submit client feedback forms on Trust Pilot.
  • General filing and company archiving duties, photocopy and submit client notes for compliance purposes
  • To compile 3rd party referrals and submit relevant documentation
  • Ensure all post is sent out daily
  • To be flexible with responsibilities and have a positive attitude towards any changes to the role, company/departmental objectives, priorities and targets.
  • To take responsibility for ad-hoc duties/projects as requested by the Manager
  • Identify ways to improve department productivity

Working Environment & Hours

  • Based in Doncaster
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
